Parts & Maintenance01 — Product Description
The MACHLION ML-VDA Series is an electric standing-on very narrow aisle (VNA) forklift platform developed for high-density pallet storage and retrieval. The combined series brings together versatile tri-lateral and man-down configurations in 700kg to 1600kg capacities, allowing warehouse operators to select the handling arrangement that best suits aisle layout, lift height and pallet-access requirements.
Across the range, side-shifting and rotating fork systems enable pallet handling on both sides of a narrow aisle without conventional forklift turning. Depending on model and configuration, lift-height options extend up to 9,500 mm, while minimum aisle or stacking requirements are approximately 1,550-1,650 mm. Standing-on operation, operator-assistance systems and configuration-specific safety functions support precise, efficient handling in intensive warehouse environments.
02 — Applications & Suitability
The ML-VDA Series is suited to warehouse operations where storage density, high-level pallet access and precise handling in restricted aisle environments are key priorities.
03 — Key Features
Side-shifting and rotating fork functions support pallet handling on both sides of a very narrow aisle without turning the complete truck.
Depending on model and configuration, lift-height options extend from standard high-bay levels up to 9,500 mm.
Minimum aisle or stacking requirements of approximately 1,550-1,650 mm help increase usable storage density.
On the versatile configuration, pre-selected lifting levels and HMI-supported controls can improve storage efficiency and repeatability.
Configuration-dependent camera and laser alignment systems assist accurate fork positioning and operator visibility at height.
The versatile configuration uses electric power steering and AC control to support responsive handling and parameter control.
On the man-down configuration, travel can be restricted when the forks are not in a safe travel position, helping reduce rack-contact risk.
Standing-on control layouts, displays and operator-support features are designed for controlled, comfortable operation during repeated aisle work.
