Project Overview

ACI Motors Limited required a Hydraulic Cargo Lift for handling goods vertically within its facility. For this project, ANH supplied a brand-new hydraulic cargo lift, Model HL1.0-3.66, with the lifting capacity and platform size selected for industrial cargo movement. The supplied system includes the lift structure, double mast arrangement, hydraulic lifting mechanism, steel fence and automatic doors as part of the complete setup.

The lift is designed for a rated lifting capacity of 1,000 kg, making it suitable for moving comparatively heavy materials from one level to another without depending only on manual handling. The platform measures 3,200 mm × 2,300 mm, providing a large working surface for loading goods onto the lift. Its minimum machine height is 120 mm, while the maximum lifting height is 3,660 mm and the overall maximum height is 3,780 mm.

The lifting speed is specified at 4–6 metres per minute, giving the system a controlled vertical movement suitable for regular cargo handling. A double mast configuration is used in the lift structure, supporting the platform during lifting and lowering operations.

Main Technical Configuration

The platform is made from 4 mm ruffled plate, while the base uses #8 U-steel. The lifting system is supported by a 12# chain and two Ø70 mm oil cylinders. These components form the main mechanical structure of the hydraulic lifting arrangement.

The lift is powered by a 3.0 kW motor operating at 380V, 50Hz. The hydraulic unit is specified as Chinese brand, while the sealing components are listed as Japanese brand. The control buttons operate on DC24V and use CHINT components.

For the supplied configuration, the lift also includes a steel safety fence and automatic doors. These features are part of the final equipment specification listed for ACI Motors Limited.

The ACI Motors Limited project was developed around a straightforward requirement: moving cargo vertically with a dedicated lifting system rather than relying on less suitable handling methods. The selected hydraulic cargo lift combines a 1-ton lifting capacity, large platform, double mast structure and enclosed lift arrangement in one system.

The result is a practical industrial cargo lifting setup designed around the actual technical requirement of the project, with the platform dimensions, lifting height, hydraulic components and control system all defined before supply.

What We Solved

For ACI Motors Limited, the requirement was clear: they needed a dedicated way to move goods vertically between different levels of the facility.

Instead of depending on manual handling or using equipment that is not designed for vertical cargo movement, the project called for a purpose-built Hydraulic Cargo Lift that could carry industrial loads on a stable platform and operate within the required lifting height.

The selected solution was the HL1.0-3.66 Hydraulic Cargo Lift, with a rated lifting capacity of 1,000 kg and a maximum lifting height of 3,660 mm.

A Practical Solution for Vertical Material Movement

Moving heavy goods from one floor level to another can quickly become a bottleneck when there is no dedicated lifting system.

For this project, the hydraulic cargo lift provides a fixed vertical handling point where goods can be placed on a large platform and moved to the required level through the hydraulic lifting system.

The 3,200 mm × 2,300 mm platform gives the customer a sizeable loading area, while the 1-ton rated capacity supports regular industrial cargo movement within the defined operating limit.

This means the solution was not simply about adding another machine. It was about creating a proper vertical movement route for cargo inside the facility.

Large Platform for Easier Loading

One of the important parts of the project was the platform size.

At 3,200 mm long and 2,300 mm wide, the platform was selected to provide enough working space for loading and positioning goods before lifting.

For industrial material handling, this is important because the operator needs enough space to place the load correctly rather than working with an undersized lifting surface.

The platform itself is specified with 4 mm ruffled plate, giving the lift a defined industrial platform construction for cargo handling.

Stable Lifting Arrangement

The lift uses a double mast configuration together with two Ø70 mm oil cylinders as part of the lifting arrangement.

For ACI Motors Limited, this gives the project a dedicated structural and hydraulic setup built specifically around vertical cargo movement.

The lifting speed is specified at 4–6 m/min, allowing the platform to travel between levels at a controlled speed rather than behaving like a fast passenger lift.

Added Protection Around the Lift

The supplied configuration also includes a steel fence and automatic doors.

These are important parts of the overall cargo lift setup because the lift is being used in an industrial environment where the movement area needs to remain clearly separated from the surrounding workspace.

Rather than supplying only an open platform, the project includes an enclosed arrangement around the lifting zone.

Hydraulic Power and Control

The lift is powered by a 3.0 kW, 380V, 50Hz motor together with a hydraulic unit. Control buttons operate at DC24V, with CHINT listed for the control components.

This gives the system a complete lifting and control arrangement rather than relying on a separate external handling setup.

The mechanical configuration also includes:

  • #8 U-steel base
  • 12# chain
  • Two Ø70 mm oil cylinders
  • Double mast structure
  • Hydraulic unit
  • DC24V control system

The Main Problem We Addressed

The real need behind this project was vertical cargo handling.

ACI Motors Limited required a system that could:

  • carry up to 1,000 kg
  • move goods through a lifting height of up to 3,660 mm
  • provide a large platform for loading
  • use a dedicated hydraulic lifting mechanism
  • include an enclosed steel fence arrangement
  • and provide controlled access through automatic doors

Those requirements were addressed through one integrated hydraulic cargo lift system.

A Dedicated Cargo Handling Point for the Facility

The value of this project is in giving ACI Motors Limited a fixed, purpose-built cargo lifting point inside the facility.

Instead of treating vertical movement as a separate manual task, the lift creates a defined route for taking materials from one level to another.

For companies looking for an industrial cargo lift in Bangladesh, hydraulic goods lift, warehouse cargo lift, factory material lift, or 1-ton hydraulic cargo lift, this project is a practical example of how a vertical handling requirement can be addressed with a dedicated hydraulic system.

The final solution combines the required lifting capacity, platform size, lifting height, double mast construction, hydraulic system, steel enclosure and automatic doors into one complete setup for ACI Motors Limited.
