Electric Stacker Preventive Maintenance at Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited
On 27 September 2026, the ANH Enterprise service team visited Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited for the first preventive maintenance service of their electric stacker.
The customer had also been experiencing some disturbance while operating the machine. Instead of treating the visit as routine maintenance only, our engineers inspected the stacker carefully to understand what was affecting its movement.
The objective was straightforward: identify the actual problem, complete the necessary maintenance and repair, and return the stacker to smooth working condition with minimum interruption to the customer’s operation.
The Electric Stacker Was Not Running Smoothly
The customer reported that the electric stacker was not moving as smoothly as it should.
For a warehouse operator, this type of change can appear as uneven movement, abnormal wheel behavior, vibration, unusual noise, or difficulty while travelling. These symptoms should not be ignored, because a relatively small wheel or bearing problem can become more serious if the machine continues operating without inspection.
Our technical team carried out troubleshooting and checked the relevant moving components of the stacker.
During the inspection, an issue was identified in the side support wheel and bearing assembly on both sides.
The affected components were damaged and were contributing to the disturbance the customer had noticed during operation.
Side Support Wheel and Bearing Replacement
Once the source of the problem was confirmed, our technicians replaced the affected side support wheel and bearing components.
The work was completed during the same service visit.
After replacement, the team checked the machine again to make sure the stacker was travelling properly. Following the repair and maintenance work, the electric stacker returned to smooth operating condition.
The complete troubleshooting and repair were completed within the same day, helping the customer avoid an extended machine stoppage.
First Preventive Maintenance Service Completed
Along with repairing the identified problem, our technicians carried out the machine’s first scheduled electric stacker preventive maintenance service.
The service included routine work such as:
- Cleaning
- Greasing
- General machine inspection
- Inspection of moving components
- Checking the stacker’s operating condition
- Troubleshooting the reported disturbance
- Inspection of the side support wheel and bearing area
- Replacement of the affected components
- Final operational checking
This first service also gave our technical team an opportunity to inspect the overall condition of the machine and understand how it was performing under the customer’s actual working environment.
Preventive Maintenance Three Times a Year
Following this first preventive maintenance visit, the plan is to carry out the service three times a year.
The purpose of increasing the maintenance frequency is to inspect the machine more regularly and identify developing wear before it becomes a larger problem.
Electric stackers are used regularly for material movement inside warehouses and factories. Components such as wheels, bearings and other moving parts naturally need attention as operating hours increase.
A planned maintenance schedule gives the service team more opportunities to check the machine’s condition, carry out cleaning and greasing, and address any developing issue before it leads to unnecessary downtime.
For Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited, the plan going forward is therefore not to wait until the machine develops another noticeable problem. Instead, regular preventive maintenance will become part of the equipment support plan.
Electric Stacker Operator Training
The service visit was not limited to maintenance and repair.
ANH Enterprise also successfully conducted electric stacker operator training for the Incepta Pharmaceuticals team.
Our technical experts worked with the operators and relevant team members to improve their practical understanding of the machine and its day-to-day operation.
The training covered areas such as:
- Basic electric stacker operation
- Proper handling practices
- General machine awareness
- Recognizing unusual machine behavior
- Importance of reporting problems early
- Basic understanding of preventive care
The operator training was provided during the warranty support period without additional payment.
Training Certificates Provided
After successful completion of the training session, certificates were provided to the participants.
The training was important because the operator is the person who works with the stacker every day.
If a machine suddenly starts making an unusual sound, travelling differently, vibrating, or showing any other change in normal operation, an experienced and aware operator is more likely to notice the problem early and report it to the maintenance team.
That early communication can make troubleshooting much easier.
For this reason, ANH Enterprise considers operator training and machine maintenance as connected parts of after-sales support.
Problem Identified and Solved Within a Day
The most important result of this service visit was that the operating disturbance was properly investigated rather than temporarily ignored.
Our team identified the issue in the side support wheel and bearing area, replaced the affected components, completed preventive maintenance, tested the machine, and restored smooth operation within the same day.
The customer was satisfied with the service outcome, and the stacker was able to return to normal operation after the repair.
More Than Just a Repair Visit
This service case at Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited was not simply about changing a damaged component.
The complete visit included:
- First preventive maintenance service
- Electric stacker troubleshooting
- Side support wheel inspection
- Bearing inspection
- Replacement of affected parts
- Cleaning and greasing
- Operational testing
- Operator training
- Training certificate distribution
- Planning for regular preventive maintenance three times a year
The aim was to support both the machine and the people operating it.
A properly maintained electric stacker is important, but trained operators and regular technical inspection are equally important for keeping day-to-day material handling operations running smoothly.
